Pine Nuts are rich in Zinc which is a key mineral necessary to maintaining male potency. Pine nuts have been used to stimulate the libido as far back as Medieval times.

Pomegranates owe their lusty influence to antioxidants, which protect the lining of blood vessels, allowing more blood to course through them. Aphrodite is credited in Greek mythology with planting the first pomegranate tree.

Figs are filled with antioxidants, flavonoids, fiber and potassium. They are the ultimate contradiction in sensual food; their many seeds represent fertility while their leaves are associated with modesty.  The erotically shaped fig has been associated with sexuality in almost every culture.

Asparagus and Avocados are both loaded with vitamin E which helps your body churn out hormones like testosterone, estrogen, and progesterone, which circulate in your bloodstream.
