White Russian

This creamy vodka drink has a nice coffee flavor that makes the perfect après dinner drink.

If you skip the cream you’ll have a Black Russian, give the White Russian a shake at the end and you have a Dirty Bird, add a splash of amaretto and you have a Roasted Toasted Almond.  Garnish with a few chocolate covered espresso beans.

1 1/2 oz. vodka

3/4 oz. Kahlua coffee liqueur

3/4 oz. heavy cream

Chocolate covered espresso beans

Pour the ingredients into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Stir well and serve.
