A Champagne Cocktail to Rock Your New Year’s Eve!

Sleigh Belle Spritz
Makes enough for 1 bottle of champagne
Ingredients:
- ½ C Cucumber Juice
- 1 C Pomegranate Juice
- 1 T Superfine Sugar
- Pomegranate Seeds and Cucumber Slices, for garnish
- 1 Bottle of Champagne or Sparkling Wine
Directions:
For cucumber juice, grate the whole cucumber on a box grater and push through a strainer until you get ½ cup.
Mix cucumber juice, pomegranate juice and sugar together. Pour about 3 tablespoons of juice mixture into flutes and top with champagne. Garnish with cucumber slices and pomegranate seeds. Cheers to the New Year!
