Flavored Water

Flavored waters are a naturally healthy way to get your daily 64 oz.  No need to buy prepackaged drinks filled with sugar, these delicious, easy to make flavored waters will brighten your day, and they’re a snap to make.  Simply combine the ingredients in your favorite pitcher and let chill.  Refill your water throughout the day as the flavors will only get better!

Here are our favorite flavored water combinations, what are yours?

Use 1 Liter either bubbly or still water, add:

Honeydew Mint:
1 C. ripe honeydew melon, balled
¼ C. fresh mint leaves

Blueberry Zing:
½ C. fresh blueberries
1 lemon thinly sliced
1” slice fresh ginger or 1 tbs. candied ginger

Blood Orange Lemongrass:
1 stalk lemongrass, peeled and sliced lengthwise
1 blood orange or 2 clementines, sliced

Spa Bliss
2 C. English cucumber, thinly sliced
7-8 mint leaves
1 lemon, quartered
1 lime, quartered

Strawberry and Rosemary
¾ C. thinly sliced strawberries
1 tall sprig rosemary
